“I booked 3 nights to be next to my clients to photograph a wedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was nice a clean, breakfast was great, plenty of parking inside their gate, and the view of the lake can’t go wrong.”
"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
