「I travelled with my wife and I really enjoyed my stay here. I even booked another extra room for my mother-in-law. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and smell good. The staff are great and there was one bell boy who didn’t accept a tip and he said it’s his job to be of service. 「Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :(」

「Good place for the price」

「I have stayed here numerous times... a new manager just took over and she runs this hotel horribly. She no longer allows any upgrades even for long time loyal guests! She has stopped a guest “laundry” service that was very appreciated in the past. Now, as of March 14, 2020, I see they have greatly increased their room prices!! At $24.00 the place was bearable, at $40.00 as it sits now, is a total ripoff!! Terrible food, old worn sheets with no mattress pad, disgusting!! For $40.00 starting...

「friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly」
