「The staff were amazing and the level of hospitality made me feel like family. We were however quite disappointed with our room. The electricity was constantly tripping, the hairdryer they provided was making it trip. And if you had too many lights on at once the electricity would shut down too. The AC was quite temperamental and there was one day our room was stuck at 30 degrees but we were told by a member of staff that it was still cool in our room (?). Also even though we stayed in the more...

「The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping our room clean and tidy however they are hampered by not having the right size sheets for the beds. A double bed is not 2 singles pushed together so when hotels do this the sheets do not fit making each nights sleep uncomfortable and annoying. Staff at the restaurant were welcoming and friendly and the buffet was always very well presented, re supplied and with lots of choice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We did not use the pools but they...
