We rely on the Internet Service Providers(ISP) in Nigeria to relay a good internet connection and pay very handsomely to them. However, on certain occasions, as is the case worldwide, sppeds drop due to various factors. That may be the case with the internet on the day of your stay. With regard to the television, We have more than 100 channels relayed through a separate box(decoder) to the TV. The channels actually are flipped on the decoder box. Dear Guest, Your booking was effected on the same day as your check-in. In such cases, there might be a delay in receiving information and as this was a prepaid booking, the validity of the booking had to be established. I suppose a wait of 30 minutes is not unreasonable under such circumstance and we ensure that the security of our guests is maintained. We therefore have to verify every aspect of the booking prior to allocating a room. This procedure goes a long way in ensuring guest safety and privacy including yours.
