I did not check in the hotel based on they did not see the bookings even though they confirmed the bookings. They had to make me to go check in another hotel that was far below expectation and I still had to pay for the uber to the hotel. I reached out to the hotel manager who confirmed the bookings but he or she did not reply my message.

Upon arrival staff were very friendly, curtious. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually very good… unfortunately I didn’t go out to shops but my husband did and he was on foot, so they must have been close by. All in all when I return to Nigeria I would book the same hotel. Pool area was really nice and well kept also. Staff always went above and beyond.

The staff were all professional . The staff that helped me to my room was courteous, explaining expected in details, professional and humble. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was only for one night as I needed to travel the next day. I like that it’s close to the airport and is in a gated neighborhood for added security. I really loved how spacious the bathroom was. Walls were a bit thin so I was woken up from my nap. I ordered room service first time it arrived quickly and the second time I had to call multiple times for my food turns out there was an event but the food was great. Overall I would stay here again check in was slow but other than that it was great stay.

The room was always clean thanks to the housekeepers, I never used the pool for once the location is not too good for me. The breakfast was just like they are praying you shouldn’t place an order because it’s free, my last day I ordered breakfast, was given option of Bread n omelette or stir fry Spaghetti, I opted for the stir fry spaghetti, an hour later when I didn’t see anything I called the kitchen, they said it has finished and am only left with the bread and Omelette and I don’t eat bread. I told them I don’t eat bread, they never did anything about it, no empathy. So many flaws from the kitchen service they need to fix up, standard is below par.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The presidential suite was very unkept, bedspread torn, body specimens (sperm) visibly noticed on the bed. It was a nightmare staying overnight in the hotel.
