This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed. I booked two weeks in advance, when I arrived the room was not ready, I changed room threetimes, one of the room had no hot water, the bathroom was dirty and the room smells bad. The second room had no internet, they finally changed my room to another floor] they claimed had internet but it never worked. The had only one towel in the room and one cake of bath soap that smells so sad. When I asked ot checkout they refused and it took me two weeks to get a refund from Expedia. Stay away from this hotel, i believedit shouldn't be on expedia.

Not impressed!

Not sure what the deal is with this hotel, the environment is dull, almost desolate, service is dull, room key doesn't work most days we were there. They have to use master key to open our room each time we leave the room. Dining is sub par; very little selection, they don't even set out coffee cups for you to use independently!

Отель очень хороший, чистый, с вехнего этажа ( от бассейна) прекраснейший панорамный вид на город. Там же у бассейна на 9 этаже прекрасный бар.

Terrible place to stay

Poorly built, poorly partitioned, run down poorly maintained, poor service at F & B Over priced support service aimed at cheating customers. Profiteering on items that are basic health plus supplies with over 500% markup in price. The view from my window is depressing. Intercoms in my room was dead. I had to go down six floors each time I wanted a thing. This hotel should be delisted from the Expedia portal.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lagos. The hotel was very clean, there was constant electricity, there was constant hot water, and the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. There was also good security. I also appreciated that the air conditioner worked perfectly.

I would never stay or recamend this hotel all about it was very poor , staff, cost , rooms and most of all the service, when I arrive at a hotel at 12.30 in the morning and just get to sleep in my roomI don't expect to be woken twice in a space of an hour when I have to be up at 06.00 , no wake up call rooms smelt of damp, I spend half my year in hotels and this has to be the worst I have stayed in for a long time, marks out of 10 i would give it 1
