"We enjoyed the bright, light open living/kitchen/family space. Check in and arrival procedures were clear and easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The garden space and size was enjoyable in the middle of a neighborhood. Most of all we appreciated the location-there is a park, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We even walked all the way into town which is easily done with sidewalk access the entire way. Another huge plus was the great communication and the quick response via message and action to addressing a shower drain issue we had. Would happily book this location again when in Sebastopol. "

"The loft was exactly as shown. This was probably the most well stocked and thoughtfully equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. It's an easy walk to and from downtown and The Barlow. We actually added an additional day, and we will definitely be back next time we visit Sebastopol. "

"The pool was fantastic. The family was in it all the time. We did have it heated since it was october and I'm glad we did. One member is on walker and the property was very wheel friendly with bars in all the bathrooms. Host met us and explained everything very quickly and efficiently. Beautiful view from back patio and two very large tables that sat all 12 of us for dinner."
