The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, terrific and knowledgeable staff, and nice size rooms. The in-house breakfast at Sofia's is an excellent value. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The first room we were given was not up to par, and when we asked to be moved into another room not only did they accommodate, they took us to two 2 other rooms to pick which one we liked best! We very much appreciated this
