「Pico ist eine wunderschöne Insel, wir haben dort überwintert. Das Haus Adega Velha ist so schön, liegt phantastisch und ist sehr gemütlich. Das beste an unserem Aufenthalt aber waren unsere Gastgeber Fatima und Helio Soares. Wunderbare Menschen, die sich um alles kümmern, uns mit allem versorgt haben, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Beiden sind zu Freunden geworden und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Pico so wunderschön gemacht! Obrigado!」

「Wir hatten zwei erholsame und unternehmungslustige Wochen in dem schönen Lavahaus, das der sehr nette Vermieter Raúl toll restauriert hat. Alles war sehr sauber. Besonders toll war die große Terrasse, von der wir manchmal Delfine gesehen haben. Ein Teil ist überdacht, was bei Regen oder Sonne praktisch war.
