The first room we checked into , i set my purse down by the tv and a cockroach came out from behind it. I caught it in a tissue and brought to front desk. He switched us to another room which appeared to be clean. No other issues after that.

The hotel is top tier. The minute you walk in the lobby, you catch the vibe-cozy & luxurious. The rooms and the pools are amazing! Beautiful garden out back. Great staff! Perfect Poconos Retreat, .5 miles -Beach & Pool, Huge Game Room, Pet Friendly!
Location is great - quiet street in quiet area. As it was only the two of us, we had more than enough room. We enjoyed the games downstairs a lot!Our visit was spa related so we went back and forth to The Lodge at Woodloch but had a happy place to return to each day.

Tanglwood Resort
The condo was roomy, open kitchen and dining table along with a nice sitting area. The bedroom was large with a king size bed, two full closets. The place was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
