Welcome to The Mountain Sanctuary – your charming retreat in Lake Arrowhead! This delightful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cabin offers panoramic views and easy entry. Unwind completely surrounded by nature`s tranquility or crank up the fun in the game room featuring a foosball table. If outdoor vibes are more your scene, step out onto the spacious wraparound deck. It boasts breathtaking panoramic forest views and peekaboo glimpses of the lake, truly immersing you in the serene beauty of the mountains.

Kitchen & Dining
The well-appointed Kitchen, located on the second floor, is ready for all your culinary needs. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven (with a tip for occasional power outage quirks), drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender. You`ll also find all the essential cooking basics, dishes, and utensils. A large dining table invites memorable meals together.

Living & Entertainment
The Living Room, also on the second floor, features a cozy gas fireplace (with an auto-timer for easy use) and a comfortable sectional sofa seating two, perfect for quiet evenings. For entertainment, the property boasts a fantastic game room with foosball, darts, board games, puzzles, there is a giant jenga and connect four set ensuring fun for all ages.

Sleeping Arrangements
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort. The primary Bedroom, located on the third floor, features a luxurious King-size bed, a Roku Smart TV, a desk, and a luggage rack. The Second Bedroom, also on the third floor, offers another comfortable King-size bed. The Third Bedroom is conveniently located on the second floor with a Queen-size bed.

Outdoor Spaces
Step outside from the living area onto the spacious top wraparound deck, where you`ll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding forest and tranquil peekaboo glimpses of Lake Arrowhead. This outdoor haven is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine, embracing the natural beauty. A propane BBQ is also available on this deck for al fresco dining. Just off the game room, a second shaded, private deck offers a serene spot for quiet moments amidst cool mountain breezes.

The Mountain Sanctuary is the perfect escape for couples, families, or friends seeking to unwind, reconnect, and immerse themselves in a serene mountain setting, with a perfect blend of cozy indoor spaces and magnificent outdoor beauty.

Parking Instructions:
Driving/Parking Directions for entry level access. Drive to Address: 791 Crown Dr, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352

→ Drive through the stone entryway, make the first left, drive about 200 yards and 850 will be on your right.

You can park on the private road (Distlehorn) in front of the house.

For overflow you can drive to 850 Nadelhorn and park in the carport. There are several flights of stairs.

For families with little ones, the property provides amenities such as a Pack n Play and plastic dishes.

Practical items like a snow shovel and ice scraper are located in the living room closet for winter guests.

Safety is prioritized with smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, flashlights, and night lights.
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) The community does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash- Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.

(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. The city does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.

(7) Pet- All pets must be disclosed and pet fees paid in full prior to your arrival. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, please do not allow them on the furniture or bedding, and for their safety do not leave them outside unattended. Any pet waste left inside or outside of the home or damages to the home are subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.

(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.

(12) Due to the mountain location, the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.

(13) The Mountain community area does not have air conditioning, and the availability of fans may vary depending on the property description. High temperatures or heat will not be grounds for a refund, as many cabins do not include air conditioning unless specifically stated.
