"Good hotel"

"Pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. The hotel rooms are a bit outdated compared to others. For traveller convenience it would be nice to have end tables by each bedside with charging stations for people on the go. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. "

"This room was nice. Had a smell like it had been closed up for a while when we first arrived but that wasn’t a huge issue. Very spacious and clean. The bed in the master was hard as a brick and a nightmare to sleep on. The other two for the kids were very plush. Also I pad extra for the fireworks view and yes don’t waste your time bc you will only see the reflection from the fireworks light in the sky not the actual fireworks. That was a bummer however it was good overall."

"I never stayed at a Drury before, this place was very nice and an excellent value! The staff was super nice. I would suggest this place to my parents or any other close relative, just go.!"

"Breakfast was not complimentary, but was a good price for what was offered. My boys wouldn't have enjoyed it, but my daughter and I would have. The hotels location isn't the greatest, it is a bit sketchy, but literally a 2 minute (if that) drive to the Disney World entrance. There was a man trying to manipulate me to a free breakfast to listen to their schpiel about time shares, he apparently also runs the tacky tourist gift shop next door and runs the scam over there too, promising $200 and free breakfast if you sign up for the time share. The hotel staff was very nice, check in was quick, check out was also fast. Bartender was lovely, he was quite stressed about their system being down, but I felt bad because few people carry cash these days. The room is nice, but not so (young) kid friendly. A little too adult for young kids. No lock on the bathroom door, glass shelving everywhere. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, just maybe not for excited kids heading to the parks. Overall it was a lovely stay, beds are comfortable, lovely bar area, nice looking breakfast (we ate elsewhere). "

"First room we checked into AC and fridge didn’t work. Issue was solved immediately by changing us to another room. Double bed was tiny for two adults and the noise from loading dock had us up before our alarms. Shuttle buses and staff are always a plus in this hotel."
