「My room was clean but dusty in certain places (it's an old building). The lamp shade was dusty and bothered my allergies. I wasn't texted the info about the building having codes (you need a code for the main door, your room and the bathroom) until 1 hour before I arrived (I didn't realize that they didn't have a regular front desk) and since I was on a flight and then getting a rental car at the airport and parking (you have to pay to park off site), I didn't see it so I had to reach out...
