“The booking needed to have a phone number to contact, and not just an email one hour before arriving. After searching for a number I finally spoke to someone with a heavy accent and a young child making loud noises in the background, so it was difficult to understand what the lady was saying. I eventually managed to enter the room. The room had nowhere to hang clothes, nor a table to eat or work from, There were a number of amenities, but I had to lift the heavy microwave out of a cupboard up……

“Lovely bog home but very unkept and dirty. Outside, lawns weren't mowed, definitely needed to water blast as slime build up, made surfaces slipery, outdoor furniture covers were ripped also. Inside, mold in the milk throffer, inside the kichen bins, most window cills were covered in cob webs, spiders, flys and very dirty. Wall paper lifting. Dark hair found in beds that weren't slept in. Loved the place but definitely needs work and a proper clean and upkeep.”

“All in all a great experience, clear communication at all stages of booking and checking in . A small very tidy modern unit which suited our week long stay in Wellington. Handy to all services such as Queensgate Mall and bus and train station. Only a few minutes from Petone dinning options and experiences in Jacksons Street. On street parking was never a problem. Would certainly recommend and use this unit again.”
