「We selected this location because our daughter graduated from CSULB & the ceremony was at Anaheim Stadium. The property was advertised with eight beds, four bedrooms. However, there was no mention about the limited parking. I contacted the owner when we were on our way there about the parking and she shared that there was only one assigned parking space in a garage for the entire home. 「The house was in a quiet neighbor hood which I liked. The house seem bigger in the picture. It was small but comfortable. I would suggest to the owner that it would be nice to have a small table off the kitchen to eat on. Maybe a pedestal table with two chairs. We didn't find out that we had to park in the street until we got there. It wasn't a problem but we would have liked to have been told when booking. Did not know about the street sweeper either. 「We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.」

「House was decorated nicely, ample space for larger family stay, huge master bathroom, comfortable beds, some toiletries provided. Nice home away from home.
