Fun girls weekend
Great place to stay! We really enjoyed. Beds were comfy. The location was great and so close to town!! An easy 2 block walk. For a girls weekend it was perfect. Bill the owner was really helpful and thoughtful. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect place for our girls weekend

Cozy, clean and Hospitable!
It was a short but sweet stay and perfect for what we needed. The house had just enough space for 7 and had a nice dining room table where we had meals, played games and cards. The location is ideal as it really is a block or so from downtown. We appreciated the special touches like having condiments, spices and a few things that is always forgotten and did not have to buy. Bill and Carol are gracious and helpful. Great property for being downtown in Lake Geneva.

Perfect Spot!
My sister and I brought our mom to Lake Geneva for a few days for her birthday. This place was perfect! Very clean/ updated and well-stocked. Lots of space. The location couldn’t have been better! Very easy walk to the cute downtown shopping area and even to the water. And the owners were super friendly and easy to work with. We are already thinking about coming back next year, and we would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette party!
Bill & Carol were amazing! We had so much fun and made the check in and out process so easy! They were in the center of town which made it so easy to go around town! The house was extremely clean and very cute. I definitely recommend this house to anyone going to lake Geneva!

Pre-Wedding celebration
We came to Lake Geneva to celebrate our niece’s wedding. The location was perfect! We walked to the downtown area and pier. There is a cooking school next door and we will definitely come back to take a class. The house had cheery beach decorations. There was a huge table which was perfect for evening board games. The communication from Carol and Bill was excellent. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely home!

Good for Girls Getaway
Cute house that accommodated 7 women. Kitchen was great although we didn’t really cook. Big table to play games at or chat. Amazing body spray shower that everyone loved! A few more hooks for towels and clothing would be helpful. Sleeping arrangements a bit tight but we were OK for two days. Backyard was somewhat under construction but when done should be very nice. Close to everything but also next to a bar that can get a little noisy at night.

Beautiful Cottage, GREAT location!
Bill & Carol hosted my group and I to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party. Their hospitality and cottage exceeded our expectations! The home is situation within walking distance of everything in downtown Lake Geneva. It is a great value for what you get! We appreciated the welcome tour and the gifted local beverages in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this rental for hosting a group event or a family trip. Thanks Bill & Carol!

Rented the cottage for a baby shower on small business Saturday. There was plenty of open space to accommodate family and friends. After the shower friends went to downtown establishments just around the corner. Owners are fabulous!

Friends getaway
Five women friends since kindergarten enjoyed our stay at this clean and remodeled house. Shower was great but we missed grab bar needed for our age. Close to restaurants, shopping, and boat cruises. Thank you Bill for excellent restaurant recommendations. Thank you Carol for gorgeous flowers in the yard.

Hi Mary, Thank you for the wonderful review. I did find a red beach towel and some freezer packs in the freezer. Please ask your friends if they want them back, if so I will hang on to them until someone comes up to Lake Geneva. If not I will dispose of them. Also I hope you were not offended by Bills message of "smokin hot". He felt bad after he sent it as I said it could be offensive. We both really appreciated your group, including the boys as friendly, fun and a great group of young people. Thank you for leaving the unit in such great condition. Quick girls weekend
Great location. Could walk to restaurants and shops. Updated home and very clean. Plenty of spots for parking. The layout of the first floor allows everyone to be together which is nice. I found the king bed to be very comfortable. Couple of minor suggestions... consider black out shades for all rooms with beds. Maybe a space heater for the beds in the sunroom (in winter months). Also, check one toilet in smaller bathroom. It runs non-stop and is noisy. Needs to be fixed. We all had a great time and would return. Thank you. Great host regarding communication etc...

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful Stay with our six teenagers comfortably in this beautiful house. Melissa was great and met us at the property to show us around and was very attentive throughout our stay. The location was amazing so no need to use your car...just walk to dinner or shopping. We will definitely be back again in this property. I definitely would recommend it.

Everything about our stay far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we checked in and were greeted by the homeowner picking us fresh flowers and then giving us a tour until the minute we left everything was perfect. I hated to check out to go home. Perfect cozy home, near everything
The house is very clean, spacious, and well located in town. Main Street is a block away, so nearly everything is in walking distance. The hosts are easy to reach and willing to help if you need anything. We had a great stay despite the weather.

Carol was present upon arrival and extremely helpful in showing us around and giving advice on area amenities. Extremely clean property and perfect for our group! Highly recommend.

Great place in a perfect location in Lake Geneva
Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with everything we needed for the week. Owners are very kind and friendly. The location was so perfect that I was able to park there the entire week so absolutely zero parking fees. Restaurants and shops were very close. Even a small farmers market sprung up a block away. Flowers near the house were beautiful. We’d stay here again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend at Carol and Bill’s adorable home. The location couldn’t be better. A short Walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. We rented a boat from Marina Bay one day, also a 5 minute walk from there. The homes interior and exterior was so welcoming and comfortable. Could have easily spent a week, wish we would have! Carol was the best host, she allowed us to check in early, had beach towels for us to use, had the refrigerator stocked with Spotted Cow and brought us the most beautiful flowers! So thoughtful and made us feel special and appreciated. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! We definitely plan to return! Thank you Carol & Bill!!

My mom, my sister, and myself recently stayed at Bill and Carol’s lovely house. The location and accommodations were outstanding. We walked in the kitchen door and there were fresh flowers on the table! The place is beautiful! All of it has been remodeled and very tastefully decorated! The house is 1 block from the downtown and a short 2 block walk to the lake. We were able to walk everywhere which was fantastic! This place is truly a hidden gem! Our hosts, Bill and Carol, were very helpful. They recommended places to eat and things to do in the area. Already checking our calendars to book this place again!

We had a fantastic time. The hosts were so easy to deal with and made sure we felt at home. Even emailed us on our anniversary! The house is very cute and very clean. Within walking distance of many bars and restaurants as well as things to do. Uber is in the area as well. I would definitely recommend this place.
