Enjoy Lake Views and Poolside Bliss in this Stylish Santa Fe Home. The home's unique design features include Saltillo Tile Floors, a Wood beam ceiling in Living Room with Beehive Wood Burning Fireplace, It has an open floor plan with the Kitchen opening up to the Dining and Living Areas. The split bedroom design has the Master Suite on the opposite side of the main living area from other bedrooms and guest bathroom. The Large Master Suite is Gorgeous with Cal King Bed, TV, DVR, and French Doors leading to Pool Area. The attached Master Bath has Lots of Colorful Tile with a 2 Person Shower, Large Double Sink Vanity and Walk-In Closet. Guest Bedroom features King Bed. Kids Room Sleeps 4 with Bunk Beds and Twin Mattress w/Trundle, TV, DVR and Toy Chest. Living Room features Sofa Bed with Queen Size Mattress, Large TV, DVD Player, DVR, XBox ONE, WiFi. Includes Indoor Laundry Area. The Big Bonus of this home is the Backyard Pool Oasis featuring a beautiful New Gunite Pool with Baja Shelf and Splash Waterfall. The Back Covered Patio offers Plenty of Shade, Two Dining Areas, and Large Gas BBQ Grill. There are Lots of Seating options to Admire Pool and Lake Views. This home is Truly a Charming Southwest Retreat. The garage is not available to renters. There is Plenty of boat Parking available in Front Driveway and alongside Garage in gravel area for Cars, Trucks, and Boat Trailers. Short Distance (2.5 miles) to Windsor Beach Launch Ramp and Lake is very convenient.

Great property!

The home was perfect! Full of all the items to make it feel like home, including comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels, a wonderful barbecue, and a fully stocked kitchen! Danielle’s house is immaculate and has all the amenities you’d want in a vacation home. Location was perfect as it was only a few minute drive to London Bridge. Beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and great for morning walks. We will definitely book again!

Great property, nice pool and close to everything! Short distance to the lake, London Bridge, and shopping. Rented a pontoon boat and explored the lake. Highly recommend this property for those who want to explore the area!

Beautiful and homey

We booked this just about last minute and had more guests than the max limit. They kindly agreed to let us bring the extra guest . The check In process was extremely easy and the entire house did not disappoint. The decor was unique and beautiful and so was the backyard . The kids had fun in the pool while we bbq and played music on the bluetooth speakers outside. Anything we could have needed or the little odds and ends we tend to forget they had stocked for us. I would 100 percent stay there again . We definitely made some family memories for the books there. Thank you for sharing your home with us .

Great Home to Rent

We all enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything is clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this home for a family stay at the river. The property manager answered all questions via text before our stay. For a first time experience renting a home, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Havasu Fathers Day Weekend 2021

This house was great. We have stayed at numerous homes in Havasu and none have ever been as well stocked. the patio and pool area where amazing.. The Southwestern motives throughout the hose give it great character. Communication with the owner was great. From now on whenever we go to the lake we will be staying here as long as it is available.

Great location!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house, and we loved it as much as the 1st time. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament and one last boating trip for the season. We love the convenience of everything nearby. The baseball field was just minutes away, Windsor launch ramp just minutes away, and restaurants close by, too. We love how welcoming and clean it feels the minute you walk in! We’ll definitely be staying here again next season!
