Parking was easy and secure. AC was ok. Had planned to cook every day but the first day we used the oven and it heated the room for hours. Thankfully we brought a fan with. It was convenient to the beach which was very nice we walked to the beach during the day and also at night. Good place to stay on a low budget.

The motel is old. I've been staying there for 24 years. The rooms are clean, air conditioner works great, the staff is exceptional. I just spent a week there. I was also there 3 weeks ago. I love it!

It was very close to the beach that was great. The ac was not getting cold and that's really my only complaint. Staff was very nice. And I will be back there if God say the same.

I would not recommend this place; it was dirty, moldy and we had to leave the first night (we booked it for 3 nights) and the lady in the front stated we could not get our money back and that we had to go through Expedia.

This is an old, not well maintained building. The air-conditioners are window units. This is a last resort, must have a room motel. Avoid if safety and air quality are important to you.

I stay here almost every time I’m in Surfside. This isn’t a place for someone wanting fancy accommodations but if you’re wanting a place on/near the beach at an affordable price this place is great. Definitely could use some updating and overall maintenance but the rooms are clean and never seen bugs present in the room. One minute walk to the beach and the vehicle entrance is a block away.

It's a modest place, but it has everything you need to have a good stay, the price per night is very affordable, and the location is very convenient, just a few steps from the beach.
