Buffalo Shoals Lookout is a spectacular mountain home perched high above Lake Lure, surrounded by mountain and long range views of the lake. The main level open floor plan Great Room/Kitchen/Dining, and lower-level Home Theater Room and Game Room, make this home ideal for family vacations, group gatherings, trainings, retreats, or weekend getaways any time of year. MAIN LEVEL: Easy access from the parking area into a spacious Entry Foyer. NOTE: the driveway up to parking area is steep and can be slippery when wet. Open floor plan Great Room, Dining Area and Kitchen. Two Bedrooms with queen beds and a Full Bath are just off the Foyer. Great Room has HD Smart TV, gas fireplace and comfy seating. Dining table seats 10, plus 5 seats at breakfast bar. Great Room opens to the deck with outdoor heater, Big Green Egg grill, a separate gas grill, and outdoor seating. The Kitchen is a home-cook’s dream: large island, tons of countertop space, 2 sinks, large refrigerator and freezer, wine refrigerator, and pro-quality cooking appliances. Kitchen is well stocked and perfect for entertaining and cooking for large groups. Laundry Room and Pantry are adjacent to the Kitchen.

LOWER LEVEL: Home Theater Room with projection TV, surround-sound system, large video library, and 6 reclining theater seats. Game Room has pool table, poker game table, board games, HD Smart TV, and bar area. Large Bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk beds and 1 set of full bunk beds, 1 Queen blow-up bed, HD Smart TV, Kitchenette, and Full Bath with shower. Lower level opens to covered patio with hot tub, outdoor lounge seating, outdoor heater, and level grassy area for playing games. Cornhole game is available.

UPPER LEVEL: The entire upper level is the Master Suite with king bed, Master Bath and private Deck. Master Bath has 2 Sinks, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.
