Inaccurate pet friendly information on VRBO listing

The property was listed as pet friendly. There was no mention of a pet fee on the listing and there was no pet fee in the booking itemization. We messaged the owner letting them know we had two dogs. We booked the non-refundable property. We received a confirmation that it was booked to include only one pet. We still did not hear back from the owner. Finally, the day before our stay, we received a text stating that there was a 150 fee per pet and a weight limit of 50lbs. combined. At the last minute, we had to put our two dogs in the kennel. Had the listing information been accurate, or we had received a timely response about the dogs, we could have booked a different property.
