  • Welcome to The Enchanted Cottage on Lake Lure, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with some of the most incredible views anywhere on the lake! Our lakefront cottage comes with our pontoon boat (for a small additional fee), plus a pair of kayaks and a canoe.

    Ride one of Lake Lure's famous funiculars down to the cottage and separate from the rest of the world. Our newly remodeled kitchen has everything you'll need, or ride the pontoon boat to one of the restaurants on the lake that have boat parking!

We had a family gathering from 82-8 years of age. Great spaces to accommodate every person. Loved the screened in porch which was comfortable so we spent a lot of time there. We rented the boat and enjoyed exploring and riding on the lake. Great food at the Lure House Restaurant which has boat docking. The younger family members spent a lot of time in the water, which was the clearest I’ve seen Lake Lure water. Bruce answered all of our questions plus gave excellent info for check in and being in the house. Overall, every person had a great time.
