"Blue Moon Cottage is such a special place. The property perfectly captures the nostalgia and charm of Lake Lure’s original era (with modern updates) while still feeling cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. It has that idyllic, old-school lake cottage feel that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. The quick and easy access to the lake is wonderful and makes spending the day on the water effortless. Afterward, the hot tub and sauna are perfect for relaxing tired, sore muscles. The kitchen is...

Dancing Falls Lodge: Overlooks Dirty Dancing Scene: Stream/Pond/Fire Pit/Hot Tub

10/10 Excellent

"Great for groups!"

Private Cabin with Views, Fenced Yard, Gameroom, Gas Fireplace, Central Location

10/10 Excellent

"*60th birthday getaway with 3 adults, 2 dogs. This place is amazing. Spacious, clean, well stocked, private, quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees and a view. This was the best dog friendly rental I have ever stayed at. Decking on multiple levels with secured gates, helped with dog management. And a fenced in area behind the house. This area is extremely steep, but it offered secured exercise time and if you get your dogs running up the hill they’ll be tired in no time we used it multiple times every day. There is a door to the back from the lower level basement, which helped separate our dogs from the rest of the house as needed. Lots of comfortable space inside and seating outside. Very serene and pretty. I worked remotely while I was there and the wireless was very reliable. Quick access from the main road. Very close to a huge awesome Ingles grocery store. Close to Chimney Rock and Minutes to Lake Lure. We will definitely be back. Lori"
