“Great place to stay . Very Clean Decently stocked with your essentials. Would definitely recommend. My only issue was they told us there was AC and it did not have AC . They told us that the pullout couch was in the room with the closing door but i was not . “The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! The house itself was lovely and very comfortable. The beds were firm the way we like them. Everything was in great condition and very clean. (Just a note, the water is well water so it was a bit brown when we first turned on a faucet. After letting it run for like 5 minutes, it cleared up……

“Incredible stay!! The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend in town. A few of us traveled from different areas and spent the Belmont Weekend at this beautiful home. Jon was extremely communicative and very helpful with every aspect. Highly recommend this rental to adults for a nice wknd in town or even families with smaller children. The house has everything you can ask for and more! And the location is A!! We will be renting again in the future!!”

“perfect location and size for our group of five adults. We couldn't get into the house with the access code from the owner but she came to the house within a reasonable time to fix the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, despite being close to the interstate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to try the hot tub.”

“The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! ”
