“Supremely clean, extremely well- appointed rooms/tents, the food was superb and the staff beyond friendy and professional! Specifically wanted to mention nBaraka who helped us with rental car issues and advocated for us constantly. Also he was instrumental in helping us get our permits for Ngorongoro Crater and Olduvai Gorge. As well, Mariam was the kindest person- always greeting us with a smile and going out of her way to help us with any need. The cuisine was five star! Throughout our stay,……

“Cuando llegamos al hotel , en vez de darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado nos dieron a elegir entre dos de categoría inferior. Nos quejamos y al final nos dijeron que había un problema con el agua caliente en la que habíamos reservado y por eso nos ofrecían una habitación inferior, sin embargo no nos hacían ningún descuento en el precio. Nos quedamos en la que realmente habíamos reservado y el agua caliente funcionó los 9 días que pasamos allí ; sin embargo la taza del baño estaba rota y……

“We have spent two nights in Tarangire Greenland Retreat. Our experience was nothing but amazing. Staff was very friendly and paid attention to everything you might need. Tents are spacious and very luxurious. Everything was very clean. Having en suite toilet and shower in a tent was very comfortable. Beds were super comfy and the breakfast and dinner very tasty. We are vegetarian and the alternatives we got for the main dishes were the best on our whole trip. This accomodation might be on the……

“This is a challenging review to write. The property is lovely and the staff was kind-though limited in their ability to resolve the issues. If you are looking for secluded, beautiful and restful, this could be the place for you. However it is located far from any town and further from many of the sites we chose to visit. It was billed as the “perfect location” from which to explore Tarangire and Manyara NPs, but in truth it is a couple of hours from either one of these. Further, they seem only……

“As the name would imply, the hotel is located uphill from the main street of the town. The rooms were spacious and were separated by a wall, so each person had their own section. The bathroom was an issue as the toilet, sink and shower were all in the same place, so that if someone had a shower, the whole floor would get wet. The wi-fi was inconsistent but worked better in the dining area. The restaurant had minimal options and you had to order what you wanted for the evening hours beforehand. I……

“They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.”
