「The cabin is located at the end of the block with easy access to the beach/water area. Gas station and small convenience store located just a mile away. Ash Hallow State Historical park was in close proximity. Our host checked in on us to be sure all was well. We had a great relaxing time.」

「We liked the house, roomier than we thought. We did not like being bumped our first nite there, after having it booked for 6 months and paying in full. We didn’t get any cleaning or service fee refunded for that first nite. The front door was hard to get in, the deadbolt just spun and spun. It took us a good 30 minutes and many tries to get in the 2nd nite, but thankfully it finally caught (the deadbolt) and we got in. Nice and clean tho.」

「Farmhouse on the Cove was a beautiful place to stay! Both inside and outside the property was very up-to-date with wonderful amenities not to mention the view of Lake McConaughy. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside one evening! Would definitely recommend staying there and returning in the future.」

「The property held our group of three families comfortably. Common space is open and comfortable. The back yard and patio is nice. The two upper level bedrooms, including master bedroom, are great but the 3 basement bedrooms are pretty dark and our group had trouble controlling temperature. Only having one shower is really hard for the larger groups that the house caters to. Communication with property manager was excellent and they do a nice job with the little things. 「Came for a boys fishing trip everything was clean and easy to access to the beach, caught plenty of fish. Place was clean, water was hot and coffee was easy to make.」
