This cottage is licensed STR -2025-179. Get settled in this 4 season cottage. Tastefully decorated with rustic interior with a modern touch. 10 minutes away from downtown Huntsville, grocery stores, LCBO, world class golf courses, Hidden Valley skiing and snow boarding resort, Dwight beech, Algonquin park, Limberlost Reserve and Arrowhead park. Surrounded by biking, hiking, fishing, wildlife sightings and dinning, this cottage is perfect escape you need for all year round activities. You can also take advantage of private 3 car parking and dedicated work space with door and a desk. This cottage is located on one of the most admired lake of Muskoka. This place has everything you need to enjoy nature without sacrificing modern comfort.

PROPERTY: The cottage has main floor and walkout basement. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed ensuite and second bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is a second main bathroom conveniently located near family room. All the bathrooms have glass showers. A spacious kitchen with plenty of cooking space and a huge butcher block island adds to the beauty of the kitchen. The dining area has large table with 8 chairs. The family room is very cozy and inviting with farm style fireplace and 55 inch TV. The kitchen opens to large water view patio with Gas BBQ and patio table with 6 chairs to enjoy outdoor dinning. There is also a conversation set for 4 on the patio. The basement has 1 bedroom with queen bed and common bathroom. The recreational room has 65 inch TV, fireplace console table with lots of board games and a ping pong table. The office with desk and chair is also located on this level. The outside is beautifully landscaped with stone fire pit and waterfront picnic bench. There is waterfront roof top dock for you to enjoy responsibly all day long. There are plenty of muskoka chairs for your convenience. This property also provides 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and 2 paddle boards with life jackets.
Road is maintained by the town in the winter but snow tires are highly recommended.
There is gentle slope from the driveway to the shoreline. Please use caution while using steps.
Cottage has double water filtration system.
There is back up generator in case of a power outage.
We have septic system so please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. Guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the septic system.
Property has 4 outside cameras and 1 facing driveway will be active during guests stay. Property also has alarm system. The camera feature on the interior keypad of the alarm system is permanently disabled in our settings and the lens is covered with black tape.
No diving or jumping into the water from upper or lower dock.
No Day Guests allowed.
No candles or fireworks. No shoes or sand inside.
In accordance with municipal regulations, do not light the fire pit between 7am to 6pm during summer months. After 6 pm, you may use the fire pit as long as there is no burn ban from township which you can check on the Lake of Bays website.
Please do not move furniture.
No wet towels or food in the bedrooms.
Bring your own beach towels.
No playing with the remotes or the barn doors.
There is no garbage pickup at this property. Guest will be fully responsible for clearing the garbage from inside and outside of the property. Do not leave any garbage outside as it attracts animals.
Guests will be charged $250 for any garbage left behind. The cottage is decoratedfor Fall/Thanksgiving and Christmas. Only well trained and up to date immunized pets (dogs and cats) are permitted. Pets are not allowed on any furniture/beds. Please bring your own pet beds and blankets and do not use any blankets from cottage. Pets to be on leash and supervised at all times when outside. No tres passing on neighbours property please. We expect our guests to treat our cottage as they would treat their home. Space should be left as it was found upon arrival. We ask our guests to be respectful to nature and neighbours.
