“We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. If you know there will be guests you really need to set that to be cool for their arrival. That was miserable. The bugs came in so really need screen on front door or do something different to……

“Check in was easy but booking was slightly complicated. Links wouldn't work to sign registration forms. Got it figured out and everything else was a breeze. House was a little rough but to be expected when renters are in and out. Very clean. We had a good time.”

“Pro: Great location, peaceful, host is very responsive, decent fishing off of the dock at the boat slip, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, close to the pickleball court, close to Bagnell Dam Strip, plenty of restaurants and shopping within 30 minutes. Cons: Bathrooms need an overhaul. They are not in good condition and they need a deep clean. The overall condition of the rental was a little underwhelming compared to the pictures but it did not effect our stay. We still enjoyed ourselves.”

“The house was lovely and pretty much as advertised. There were quite a few cobwebs and dust around, which is why I’m not giving 5 stars on cleanliness. Also, the request to not wear shoes in the house was fine, but I expected the floors to be nicer since that isn’t a request I’ve seen before with rentals. The carpet was in poor shape where there was carpet and the rest of the flooring was just ok. The beds were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and the owner was very easy to work with. ……

“Beautiful place and people but the parking and stairs is scary in this one. Like the last one we stayed in a little better! Beautiful place to make memories with your family for sure. New owners i was nervous but everyone was nice. Oh and our TV didn't work the first night”
