“This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. “Our room was really dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. The mirror was dirty. There was no stopper for the bathtub and no toilet paper and dirty towels with blood or some kind of stain on it. Some of the accommodations they give you for the coffee was used by prior. Customers were never discarded by housekeeping and was just left in the same place. They display them in the bathroom had toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet, but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The water pressure was very bad and we had no……

“The freezer needed to be defrosted, badly. I left a watch charger there and they wouldn't send it to me. I had to arrange for UPS to pick it up and deliver it. (I live 5 hours away). Seemed pretty cheap onn their part. Especially after I paid for 2 days and only stayed 1.”

“The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Most of the guests live there as residents and hang out outside in front. Most of them are retired or near retired age. I found the residents to be polite and respectful during the quiet hours early in the morning and in the evening after 8pm. The motel isn't fancy, but the bed was extremely comfortable, as were the sheets, pillows, and blankets. They seemed new, or near new. The internet is very slow, but just fine to stream YouTube and Netflix. While……

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”
