**Stay Longer With Low Midweek Rates**

Modern and bright with splashes of bright cranberry accents, this condo will set the mood for a fun-filled mountain stay. Located in the Coyote Form Complex in Northstar this unit is walking distance to the village, lifts, hiking, and mountain biking. Staying in? Barbeque on the deck--summer or winter!

What's more, this spot provides your party with all the conveniences of wireless internet access and a stocked kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Nearby parking lots and a common laundry room in the building provide added conveniences. This place is truly a year-round delight!

What the owners say: We have many fond memories of winter skiing and summer hiking and cozy nights around the fire.

Northstar Amenities:
Northstar California Resort has everything from California cool to high-end luxury. Winter offers almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres. Summer at Northstar features an 18-hole championship golf course, rec center with a large family pool, adult lap pool, exercise center, tennis courts, kids play area including a bungee trampoline, and countless biking or hiking trails. Lake Tahoe is only 10 minutes from your door. A community shuttle is available year round to take you to the ski lift, the golf course, and The Village at Northstar.
The NPOA Recreation Center provides members and their guests (for a small fee) with access to pools (Lap Pool open year round), hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness facility, game room, tennis courts (summer only), bocce ball & basketball, nature trail, kids playground, and summer activities. We watched the cleaner finish 5 minutes before our 4 o clock check in when we open the door the smell was so bad it took your breath away so I said open the windows and doors let it air out well my girlfriend starts to open the living room windows and screams spiders and runs out! she hates spiders. so I open the windows and get a vacuum and clean all the windows and seals wile holding my breath it was overwhelming cleaning chemicals and mildew funk . so we walk down the hill check things out about a hour latter we come back and the smell is barrable after some Febreze. The patio and outside area had tons of spider webs so they got sucked up she's a freak about spiders . the barbeque had not been cleaned so we went out to eat. food was great Jason's beach side grill. the rest of the trip was great beautiful Place. well some confusion on laundry washing at the end people left stuff in washer and dryer and left it there because the instructions tell you to in room note to put a load in the washer on your way out lol so if you don't read rules in laundry room you would not know not to.
