The open-concept living space w/ high vaulted ceilings, large picture windows, & skylights, is perfect for the family to spend quality time relaxing. Cozy up by the fire, play a game of Foosball, or watch a movie on the HDTV all while taking in the wonderful natural light & views of the forested neighborhood. The sectional sofa in the living room seats 10.

The chef of the group will love being in the center of the action in this kitchen open to the living & dining space. With ample counter space, gas stove, French door fridge/freezer, & dishwasher this fully stocked kitchen has it all. For any helping hands there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

When dinner is hot & ready to be served the dining table is just steps away & seats 8. Surrounded by a large bay window this dining room will make meals a delight!
