「Staff members are helpful and friendly. Great location with fabulous view. 」

「Very clean well appointed accommodation. We stayed in the 2 bedroom section, beds comfy and quiet location. 」

「This was our favorite stay in NZ! We were in the Tekapo room with direct views of the gorgeous turquoise lake, mountains, and Church of the Good Shepherd. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine at nigh, sitting on our private patio overlooking the lake. The room is fabulously appointed - very eclectic! 「This is a very modern hotel and probably the best place to stay near Lake Tekapo in recent years. The room was spotless, and the shower was well-maintained with no signs of mold at all.」

「After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. 」

「We had a really lovely stay in Tekapo. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and everything we needed was well prepared. The kitchen is well equipped.」

「Well positioned, great for our needs but expensive compared to other similar rentals.」
