Staff is friendly when checking in, she arranged a room on the ground floor after knowing i have a 20kg luggage. Some are not friendly. Wifi is not working and cannot connect The bathroom is great Location is convenient

We book 2 rooms family suit for 5 person, the addition bed is not enough place to put, room are small.So we recommend if 5 or 6 person better book 2 or 3 separate room

住在頂樓家庭房，雖然飯店前正在新建的建物擋住部分風景，但是客廳一角還是可以看到湖景，更何況走路不用3分鐘就看到湖景！廚房設備非常完整充裕，所有房間都很棒！推

Perfect location where supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bus station are nearby. Great view of Lake Tekapo from the room. Staff are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend to those visiting to Tekapo staying here especially if you are not driving.

Helpful staff. But the lake view was little bit blocked by the new construction site in front of the motel

this is the perfect location For bus travellers ,only 3mins walk from the carpark! beds are made well. A small kitchen is available & basically you have everything you need. We didn't cook. But we still enjoy some take away with the good dining table.

Awesome motel overlooking Lake Tekapp
Very spacious and well equipped room, looking over Lake Tekapo. Right in the middle of the one and the only street of Tekapo meaning easy walking distance to all shops and restaurant (and also to the chapel, but we didn't walk there due to the wind and rain). Heating and hot water are working very well. Just a side note, if you having of luggages, you need to ask for rooms on the ground floor. We had a hard time carrying our luggages up but it's all worth it with the better view.

Stunning view-the Church of the Good Shepherd
We had booked 2 nights but since the system error, it just got 1 night booking instead. We were worried since there were no more same type room left but the host was really nice, he gave us a better room without any extra charges. Because of the bad weather, we had to leave one day earlier at last. He was also very considerate that he was willing to refund for another night to us. Besides, the view from the room is extremely stunning, you can see the Church of the Good Shepherd there. I will definitely stay here next time when I visit Lake Tekapo.

Best location of Lake Tekapo
The location is terrific, in the middle of the town center. The Family Upstairs unit has view of the lake. The rooms, especially the living room, are not spacious but OK.

第一次來這邊住，選了有陽台的房型，房間是在2樓，可在陽台邊吃東西或者直接躺在床上欣賞湖景，很滿意。距離牧羊人教堂也沒有很遠，可直接走過去觀星。
