Great View

Great condo. Loved the waterfall- very soothing to sit on the deck and enjoy the views and sounds! Condo had plenty of room and was very clean. Host was super helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Falling Waters condo is a great mountain getaway

We really enjoyed our time in the condo. The den/living room seating was very comfy and cozy with four recliners, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a Keurig. Such a nice view of Lake Toxaway Falls too! The location was great for exploring nearby hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls, also not far from Cashiers and Highlands. The Greystone Inn was a very nice place to dine and take a boat ride in Ms. Lucy. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future.

Great Location

Having the falls right off the deck was wonderful. You could hear it as soon as you arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was exactly as advertised. I loved the Keurig and my husband loved his perked coffee. The hummingbirds put on quite a show. Would love to come back.

Most enjoyable stay

The waterfall and changing leaves were beautiful. The condo was exactly as represented. Both Jim and the local contact, Cindy, were extremely responsive. Everything was clean and fully stocked We would recommend and return. The only slight problem, not the owner's fault, was a slow internet but this is expected in the mountains. We almost cancelled because of the hurricane damage to the area but all roads were good and restaurants and stores were open. A great week.

Wonderful Stay

This may be my favorite vacation rental of all time. I have never had a view like this in my life. Absolutely amazing! Waterfall, river, great swimming hole at the bottom. Close to so much to do in NC mountains. And the host has thought of everything you might possibly need. The attention to small details, providing little things you would not expect, like steamer, shampoo, aluminum foil, lighters, and many other things I cannot remember. I recommend this place very highly.

Best Getaway Ever!

My wife and I needed to escape the everyday slog and Falling Waters was perfect! The moment we opened the door we knew that we'd picked the perfect place. It was absolutely spotless and full of character, but it was the view and the soothing white noise of Toxaway Falls that was the icing on the cake. There's nowhere like the mountains and the location was great for the odd excursion to Highlands, Cashiers, and of course Lake Toxaway. There's an excellent restaurant at the top of the hill and plenty more close by. Our host was super nice and very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and the housekeeper does a sterling job. Falling Waters is equipped with everything we needed, and more. Just loved the place and can't wait to go back!

What a great stay! The condo was clean, roomy and comfortable. The view and sounds of the waterfall were a high point! The area is great and is in driving distance of several small communities with great dining and activity options.

This property had the most fantastic view of any place we have ever stayed! The view of the best falls in the area are from our well equipped balcony. We enjoyed dining/happy hour/ reading on our balcony with a symphony of sounds unsurpassed. The condo itself is beyond comfortable. It has every amenity you can think of. Above and beyond any rental you will ever find. Host was fantastic as well as his property manager. There is so much to do in this area. Best vacation ever! Thank you!

perfect weekend!

This was a lovely place to stay! Listening to the waterfall was a perfect way to relax for the weekend. The owner was so wonderful and informative sending us all sorts of activities and restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this rental!
