in this tiny house living in Camp Redneck Deluxe's 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin in Laguna Park near the shores of BEAUTIFUL LAKE WHITNEY, Texas..
Features full size fridge, stove and microwave, one queen bed and one queen memory foam sofa bed; 42"ROKU TV with FREE WI-FI and 24" TV in the bedroom.
Bring your FIREWOOD, lighter fluid, groceries & ice, we'll provide; pots, pans, skillet, cooking utensils, dinnerware, drinking glasses & coffee cups, coffee maker, filters, a measuring cup, clean bed linens, pillows, quilts, towels, wash clothes hand & dish towels. Dish soap as well as bath and hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates are too. Shampoo & hair conditioner is not provided but we do provide a hair blow dryer.
Party on the Patio with plenty of room to relax and enjoy steaks or burgers on the grill, convenient Tiki Bar for favored adult beverages to be served along side of an outdoor fire pit.
JUST FOR CLOSE BY FUN boat ramps are east of the dam at Parson’s Marina,(launch fee required) just up a piece past the Loafers Bend Day Use area. The Corp of Engineers Day Use Park at Loafers Bend offers FREE sandy beach swimming, playground, picnicking and fee paid boat launch.
Soldiers Bluff on the west side of the dam offers free swimming and picnicking on the rocky cliff side of the dam.
Camp Redneck Deluxe is close to restaurants, Dollar Store, gas stations and Pareya's liquor store. Bosque Mini Mart sells live bait, fishing licenses and other supplies.
Camp Redneck Deluxe offers parking accommodations for 2 automobiles, 1 watercraft and trailer.

I booked this cabin 6 months ago for the solar eclipse. Managed by VRBO. I got there and no way to access property. Turns out they have long term renters in there. Spent the night in the car. VRBO did get me a hotel for the second night but ... What a way to start a vacation.

Can't talk to host
When I rented this property, I was not going to get there until late, the host knew this, I tried to get the combination to the door and she said go through VRBO. Well guess what, the host didn't give them the combination neither, when I got there at 9pm NO COMBO, finally got in at 10:30pm, NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!, when we got ready for bed, I stepped on a sandbur in the carpet and then found too more! Don't recommend this place if you are going to be showing up later in the evening!

Great location and amenities - just not cleaned prior to our arrival.

I haven’t completed the survey because I felt it was important you were aware that the cottage wasn’t clean upon our arrival. There were many cigarette butts in the trash creating a bad smell upon and the bathroom and beds did not appear to had been cleaned from the previous guest. The cottage was very cute and comfortable but I felt it was important to let you know that your housekeeper may not be completing the job they were hired to do.

Cute Cabin
The cabin was very clean and welcoming. Melinda was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Bring some charcole and BBQ on the stationary grill or enjoy the fire pit. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and comfortable cabin
Had everything you could possibly need for a nice country cabin. The deck gets a nice breeze and the ceiling fan helps keep the mosquitoes away. And the property managers are super sweet and helpful.
