Colorful Coastal Getaway with Courtyard Pool

This unique, tranquil escape is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from the beach, shopping, and dining. A stunning courtyard pool deck—complete with a wading pool and optional childproof fencing—makes it ideal for relaxing, cooking, dining, and even remote work. The entire home and pool are yours to enjoy.

Inside, tasteful tropical and nautical decor creates a laid-back, beachy vibe. The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests: two bedrooms with king-sized beds, plus a sun-filled entry parlor with a daybed and two twin mattresses (note: not a private bedroom).

The fully stocked kitchen includes bar stools, a dining table, and all essentials—plates, mugs, utensils, cookware, an electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ground coffee, and filters.

Unwind in the living room with a smart TV and access to your Netflix and Prime accounts. Bath and beach towels, bed linens, and all bathroom basics—body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer—are provided for a comfortable stay.

NOTE: No smoking. We professionally clean before your arrival.

Smoking Charges: No smoking allowed indoors. You will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your account, plus applicable taxes, if there is evidence of smoking in your non-smoking accommodation. Be aware that hookahs, vapors, e- cigs, marijuana, etc. all fall under our non-smoking policy. Don't do it in the house!!

You may smoke outside on our patio. Just please properly dispose of your butts.

The property was very quiet and serene. The neighborhood was very attractive for evening walks with the kids . The host was so kind and communicated with us if there was anything that we needed. It’s close to many attractions as well. We went diving with the sharks and to peanut island . Enjoyed the stay , it was definitely a good time .

Felt like a home away from home

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to many places to eat, shop and entertainment including the beach. The place was even nicer than it appeared in the photos. And the host was very kind and easy to communicate with.

What a wonderful stay

My family and I had such a wonderful stay. The host Jacqueline was great and responded quickly to messages. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. My daughter’s both loved the pool, it was really nice having a 1 ft area for the little ones. There was a pack n play and high chair available for our 1 yr old as well which was nice that we didn’t have to travel with them. Jacqueline was even kind enough to let me know she found my 3 yr old’s bracelet and mailed it to me. We def look forward to staying again! I highly recommend this house and host!

Cute little place

I'm not overly familiar with the area, so I was a little worried about safety. But this was in a cute quiet neighborhood which I enjoyed. The pool was really the draw for us, and the backyard was a nice size. There were a few things around the property/home that are seemed due for an update, (i.e. some outdoor furniture) but other than that it was great for our family of 2 (plus dog).

RUN AWAY

If I could give this host zero stars I would. I have never before been treated with such flippant disregard. After driving six hours with my kids, I stopped down the street from the property to feed them before checking in. At 6 PM, we are on our way to check-in, and I see in utter disbelief, Jaqueline has CANCELLED our reservation for the entire New Year’s weekend. As you can imagine, I was in total shock. My kids are in the car. We’re sitting in the parking lot at a restaurant. It’s Saturday night before New Year’s Eve and we have nowhere to go. VRBO was no help. I could go on and on. But after hours on the phone they basically told us that there was nothing they could do because everything was sold out. I am beyond appalled by our treatment from this host and VRBO. First, she mentioned that this was a “difficult decision” for her to make as she receives a financial penalty. Uhm. Ok. She also claimed there was a vague “emergency.” However, in my experience, an emergency doesn’t require a tough decision….it is what it is. Also, this being the most insulting, we drove by the property multiple times throughout the weekend (as our friends live on the street) and saw a couple different cars there through the holiday weekend, and people hanging out and watching movies. The property was still being used!! If you care at all about reliability or security or personal respect, DO NOT book with this host. Or VRBO for that matter.
