「Exactly as described, clean and was in walking distance of most shops. Definitely would recommend!」

「Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.」

「The location is really what you're paying for. It's only a block away from the beach and Belmont Park. That was awesome. The parking space for your vehicle is really small. You need a compact car or you're in trouble. I didn't realize it was an upstairs unit so navigating stairs with all the luggage and stuff was a bit cumbersome. I LOVED that the unit is in the alleyway of Starbucks. So, I could hop over there every day for coffee. If you keep the windows open, which we did because it...

「Never stay here Horrible」

「There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. 「Great place, definitely will stay here again if possible.」

「Great view. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds.」

The condo is very quiet, well appointed and clean. Parking is secure and easily access from two...

「Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.」

「The building is pretty run down」
