「Very cozy and comfortable. The hot tub right in the cabin is a great feature! I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is, even though it's on a busy street. Both the manager and on-site manager were very responsive to a question we called them about. Great place!」

「This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside.」

「We enjoyed our time here. Ample amounts of blankets and pillows, which was great! Beds were comfortable. I felt that generally speaking everything was well kept and clean. There were webs up in the ceiling rafters, which would make some squeamish, but I didn't feel like it effected our stay much. Rented a boat around the corner - would 100% do that again! The host helped guide where to look for the boat rental. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning with my coffee.」

「This quaint and charming little cabin was the ideal property for us to celebrate our 34th anniversary along with our little buddy Banjo:) The large well manicured fenced yard was a perfect setting for my cattle dog to enjoy chasing squirrels and having the freedom that he enjoys. Shannon and Jess are wonderful hosts and have done a great job in creating a comfortable cozy setting that has all the amenities needed for a week in the White Mountains. We will definitely be back!!! Alan and Debbie...

「The house is located in a very convenient location- near Safeway, hwy 260, as well as some nice easy trail access, and not about a 30 minute d rive to Sunrise mtn. The porch was our favorite part of the house. We were able to let our cats hang out on the porch without worry because it is gated and fenced. The house felt very private and the neighbor hood was quiet and the people were all very nice. We would stay here again.」

「The property was clean, spacious, and well taken care of for an older home. We have kids ranging from 5 to 17, and everyone was satisfied and stayed busy with all the different amenities. The host was very easy to work with. There were plenty of pillows and towels, and a fan in each room. We would definitely stay here again!」

「If you want the Arcade it is in the lock door downstairs. We were able to access it and use the bathroom across from the arcade game and we got charged $200 because we used the toilet and washed Our hands. We didn’t used the shower. Did not step foot in the bunkbed. so be careful when you use the arcade games don’t use the bathroom. Other than that, the house was nice in a good area close to rainbow Lake. We took the kayaks to rainbow Lake had a really good day.」
