「I am a little disappointed in the listing for this property. I was not notified til I booked that I could only get to cabin by boat. Each shuttle was 100.00 per way when I was told by property owner that is was 60.00 if you booked in advance the boat launch company said it has not been that low in price in over ten years. I wanted a romantic getaway and ended up with a headache that cost me way more money on top if the cabin price.they also said they had two kayaks and two paddle boards but we...

「We had such a blast in this beautiful house in the windy bay! The views were absolutely breathtaking from every room in the house! The price was such a bargain and I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Winchester Bay, the dune access was close and we even walked down to the pier and caught some crab! We can't wait to return to this gem in the future.」

「Loved the property and home for the two nights we stayed there. Tim was super communicative throughout, and the check-in and check-out was a breeze (special props for not requiring any chores during check-out). The home was truly a sanctuary, and if we'd visited in a warmer timeframe, we'd have ONLY hung out in the sun room. I especially loved the little touches that showed that pets were truly welcome - the bowls, pet towels, a fenced in front yard... All in all, we had a great time. Will...
