“What a cute little town! We stayed in the Diamond Suite at The Cove in Prescott, WI. It is a beautiful property. They had a small bowl of snacks ready for us at check in which was a nice gesture. The decor was so adorable and the place was very clean. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets were provided. We enjoyed the deck and game room. I loved that they didn’t have a list of chores to do before checkout. It was a super relaxing stay! Megan was a wonderful host with lots of communication.……

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
