"We asked for a blanket from manager as nights can be chilly. He gave us a sheet, mentioning something to effect of washing. We messaged manager twice with no answer. The kids in the main part of house were noisy. The large dog was over friendly and at risk of escaping property every time we left through front gate. When we arrived the front gate was locked and it took a while to alert housekeeper. The dog was left out in the heavy rain a good part of the day which concerned us."

"Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. "The staff and facilities, and access to the beach were great. The food in their resteraunt was good, not excellent, but good. You do have to provide your own filtered or bottled water and your own shampoo and soap which was disappointing. I would have given 5 stars except the wifi wasn't available in the rooms, you had to go outside in the heat and humidity to get wifi. Also, it took them 4 days to fix our AC in the main room, so we had to blast the AC from our bedroom to cool the room. They appologized and said they are working on the wifi ... Because everything else was so good, I would possibly give them another chance after checking on wifi."

"We just finished our 2 week Fiji get away and had an excellent time. The Villa is even better than described and Alexxis and Todd were great with communicating and taking care of our needs. We would recommend this spot to anyone thinking of visiting Pacific Harbour!"

"This place is a true gem, from the staff to the food to the rooms. It is outstanding. I would caveat that it’s not for everyone, there are limited options of food, there’s no room service, and some of the staff returns home every night. If you’re expecting a 24 seven full attention luxury resort this is not the place if he wants somewhere that is of exceptional quality with a lot of space for yourself and a bit more relaxed this is great. The staff is outstanding and extremely friendly, and the small number of guests and staff makes this a much more interesting stay than anything else. The pool is incredible, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, and the reef and sea is a true highlight. We are already planning our next trip back."

It’s a little rundown in the room, our terrace door didn’t lock and had a gaping hole in the fly screen and the breakfast was quoted at FJD $34 for 1 extra person, and for what we received, I probably wouldn’t even have pay FJD $15 for"
