"Overall a great property to stay at, the staff are impeccable with their service. The only cons (critical): noise from outside can be heard in the room, perhaps the pool could be more warm as it was too cold to get in, smaller pillows on the bed. "We love to stay in this hotel where we really feel at home. The staff is very kind, serviceminded and wants to give you a good experience. During summertime the swimming pool in the top floor is an additional advantage of this hotel. The massage services in the hotel are great too."
