「The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.」

We came with family to be in the path of totality for the solar eclipse and had everything we needed, wide open space off the back patio. 「The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!」
