"Had a great stay here as a base for moving my daughter in for the fall semester. The location was super quiet, and convenient to everything in Tallahassee. The house was very comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed. In addition, Ryan was great to work with as the host. Communication was awesome and we had a truly no-issues stay. I’d stay here again, and highly recommend this house."

"No extra pillows, 4 plates,4 forks, 4 cups, 4 towels, no trash bags. Didn't like the Black sheets. You basically have to buy everything to stay there. The Fan/light remotes are linked so when you turn fan or light on in your room the upstairs rooms also go on. We suspect i the remotes are linked with the neighbors fan install as well. Overall a nice place thought. Great rooftop."
