Maison ancienne. Beaucoup de choses à reprendre. Les volets, les fenêtres qui ne ferment mal etc.

Malgré un temps très maussade, les environs sont très plaisants. Petites plages sauvages accessibles à pied.Le représentant du propriètaire trés impliqué. Typisch Bretagne

Das Haus entspricht den typischen Gegebenheiten, den man in der Region erwartet. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, auch wenn oder gerade wegen der älteren Möbel. Manko ist definitiv die Küche, die ihre besten Zeiten längst hinter sich hat. Sehr positiv der grosse Kühlschrank. Man hat im Haus viel Platz sich zu bewegen, ausser auf der oberen Toilette😊 und natürlich ist der Ausblick von der Terasse wirklich herrlich!.Um das Haus herum ist viel Platz. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und wer die Bretagne liebt, kommt gerne auch nochmal zurück.

Enttäuschendes Haus, gute Aussicht

Außer der schönen Aussicht auf den Atlantik entsprach das Haus und seine Einrichtung nicht den Ansprüchen aus dem Prospekt. Das Gebäude war alt und ungepflegt, die Dusche musste von einem Fachmann vom Schimmel befreit werden. Die Ausstattung mit deutschem Fernsehprogramm konnte erst nach mehrmaliger Reklamation und einem weiteren Fachmann erreicht werden. Wir werden deshalb eine gesonderte Mängelrüge mit Schadensersatzforderung geltend machen.
