Completely renovated and furnished flat with garden for shared use, in a panoramic position on the Montalbano hills, a few kilometres from Vinci and Pistoia. This flat has been completely renovated and furnished with traditional and typical local taste. It offers a living area of 70 square metres and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It is situated in a panoramic position on the hills of Montalbano, a few kilometres from Vinci and Pistoia.

On the ground floor you find: Entrance from the garden shared with the owner, a large kitchen/living room with fireplace, equipped with all comforts, and the bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and sink. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where you will find: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a small living room with a sofa bed for 1 child. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Private courtyard with sunshade, table and chairs, also shared garden with the owner. Reserved parking space outside.

Sauber und einfach.

Porciano ist ein wunderschöner, kleiner Ort auf dem Montalbano. Ruhig und atemberaubende Aussicht. Im Dorf hat es eine kleine Bar mit Laden, wo man alles erhält. Die frischgemachten Panini von der Ladenbesitzerin Monica sind fantastisch! Das Hausteil wird vom Hund Sofie beschütz welche zusammen mit der Vermieterin eine freundliche und wohlwollende Atmosphäre umgibt. Wir kommen wieder - keine Frage!
