Beautifully refurbished property in a convenient location; a couple of minutes drive from Lancaster city centre or 10 minutes walk! The iconic Williamson Park is even closer, visit for fantastic views or even a park run on a Saturday.

Available both for short and long term stays, including all the amenities you would find in a hotel plus the additional ones that you wished they had.

Bedroom 1 can be configured as a Twin on request.

Lovely short break

Staying for 2 nights over Easter weekend - with 2 teenagers. House was perfect with 3 bedrooms meaning kids had their own rooms. Property was in immaculate condition with everything needed and very cosy. Convenience store at end of road and a short walk to Lancaster Town centre where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Car parking on road was not an issue - plenty of spaces. Check in process was simple and painless. Thank you for a wonderful stay
