  • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY

    This beautifully presented 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower-floor luxury apartment enjoys stunning views overlooking Lancelin Bay and offers all the comforts of resort-style accommodation. Ideally located with easy access to the beach and within walking distance of local shops, the tavern and restaurants, it is the perfect base for a relaxing coastal getaway.

    The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, with sliding doors opening onto the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The private ensuite includes a luxurious spa bath and separate double shower.

    The second bedroom features two king-single beds, which can be clipped together to create a king-size bed upon request. This bedroom also has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.

    The apartment features a spacious living area with a comfortable couch, wall-mounted TV, air conditioning and dining table. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a large refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop and dishwasher.

    Enjoy the beautiful coastal outlook from the large front balcony, complete with outdoor setting — the perfect spot to relax and take in the ocean views. A second balcony at the rear of the apartment provides an additional outdoor entertaining area and features a Weber gas BBQ.

    Guests also have access to a shared laundry facility, outdoor shower and communal backyard.

    Full linen and towels are provided, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your Lancelin escape.


    This property strictly sleeps 4. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property.

    Sorry no pets. No Smoking Allowed anywhere at this property, applies to all four units.

    For the safety and comfort of your group and others, Ocean is a totally non-smoking property both inside and outside- including the balconies and garden.
    If any members of your group are smokers, please stay somewhere else.

    Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. A late checkout may be possible on request. Minimum 2 night stay.

    No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

    Porta cot and high chair available on request.

    Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for windsurfing, kitesurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

    The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. This property has amazing views of Lancelin Bay.

    In order to address Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns this property receives a deep cleaning and disinfection after each stay.

Big apartment, set up generous with plenty of space. Amazing location with beautiful view. Walkable distance to all shops, cafes, restaurants, beach. However poor maintance of the beautiful apartment: No warm water in the shower of the main bedroom although already raised by guests 6 months ago!! Same for AC not working although already raised by previous guests. Blinds towards main entrance and street not working hence no privacy. Floor super dirty which was difficult with a crawling baby. I had to vacuum myself first thing after arrival.

Beautiful location - bit pricey for an apartment with neighbours

Great modern property, excellent location, walking distance to shops and cafes.

Have stayed here previously and plan to stay again. comfortable accommodation, a shame there is some water damage at front of house (obviously some big storms in Lancelin). Leah the property manager is always efficient to respond on any queries.

Lancelin front row

This apartment is very luxurious and well stocked. We loved the location. Alicia was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and special. We had a few minor teething issues as this was the first holiday rental ever. A more comfortable larger bed in main bedroom would be good. The aircon in main bedroom needs fixing. The tin opener provided was useless. The owner was very kind to allow us access to the garage, however this should be standard. Lancelin is a place where lots of toys are required and not having adequate safe storage, would of been a nightmare. Better blackout blinds/curtains in spare bedroom would be good. Current blinds let a lot of light in. The furnishings are beautiful and a credit to owner and manager. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.
