Beautiful family home with sea view and beach access

Contemporary house for 9 people, built in 1980 (200 m²), very bright and spacious, located 50 m from the beach, you will only have to cross the street to access the beach. With the view of Lancieux Bay, you will live with the tides and the view will never be the same throughout your stay.
This is a house where life is good, it feels good right now and the only regret you will have to leave at the end of your leave.
You will not need to take the car to get the croissants in the morning and the kids will be able to go to the sailing club on their own.
The large living room (living room, dining-room) gives access to the terrace overlooking the bay, as well as the master bedroom.
A high chair, a changing table and an umbrella bed are available for children under 2 years old.
You will find all the necessary equipment for your comfort: Internet / TV / Nespresso / Ovens / Dishwashers / Washing Machines / Garden Lounges / Parasol / Barbecue / ...
Linen is provided in full. You only have your beach towels to predict and sunscreen!
The property is closed and can accommodate up to 5 cars.

Geweldig comfortabel huis met alle gerief en prachtig zicht op zee vanuit woonkamer en tuin. Grote ramen met automatische rolluiken. Priveparking achter de poort. Directe toegang naar het strand (kinderen liepen heen en weer op blote voeten in bikini) 4 opplooibare Lafuma strandstoelen om handig mee te dragen naar het strand. Heerlijk getijdenspel. Schaduw op het strand dat quasi privé is. Toffe durfclub (windsurf, subs, catamaran) en lessen mogelijk. Goeie bakker en slager te voet. Rustig en verkeersluw dorpje Lancieux aan de Mondaine Belle Epoque smaragdkust (Dinard vlakbij met kunst en zeezwembad) , GR34 prachtige wandeling en toppervaring via Le Ty Haras paardrijden langs strand, estuarium.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison de Lancieux pour la deuxième fois et en somme toujours aussi ravis. La maison est parfaitement située à deux pas de la plage et des commerces du village. Parfaite pour un séjour en famille avec beaucoup d'espace et un jardin ombragé particulièrement agréable lorsqu'il commence à faire chaud. L'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer en famille. Nous reviendrons!

Perfection!

Wonderful house for adults and grandchildren 3 and 1. So close to the beach which was ideal for children. Great places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Baker and butcher about 2 minutes walk away. The butcher sold fabulous meals which we enjoyed on several nights - they also sold wine! The house had everything that we needed with a beautiful garden and sea view. Look forward to going back.

Superbe séjour à Lancieux

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison de Lancieux qui était spacieuse, lumineuse, idéalement localisée près de la plage et à deux minutes de la petite rue commerçante de Lancieux. La vue sur la mer depuis la salle à manger et depuis la chambre parentale est un énorme atout ainsi que la présence du jardin et de la terrasse. Les deux places de stationnement dans l'enceinte de la cour sont très appréciées étant donné qu'il n'est pas possible de stationner dans la rue. Communication avec l'agence s'est très bien passée à l'arrivée comme au retour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - ein tolles Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Haus von Jacques-Alain. Für uns hat das Haus, die Einrichtung und natürlich die Lage mit dem Blick aufs Meer keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war Tip-Top sauber, die Küche mehr als vollständig ausgestattet, Check-in und Check-out liefen perfekt. Alle positiven Anmerkungen unserer Vorgänger können wir nur bestätigen. Wir planen, auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen.

Es war wirklich ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und die Einweisung, sowie Kommunikation waren problemlos. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Stadt ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Angebote in Sachen Wassersport und schöne Bars.

Die Lage entschädigt für alles, was nicht so top war

Die Lage und der Ort sind traumhaft. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, auch wenn wir ihn nur virtuell kennengelernt haben. Was ein kleines Problem war, war die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei der Anreise, wir mussten erstmal selber putzen. Auch die Ausstattung ist an sich top, aber alles ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber insgesamt war es trotzdem traumhaft. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele kleine Geschäfte kann man zu Fuß erreichen und ein kleines Restaurant ist direkt am Ende der Straße. Jacques-Alain ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

We have family and friends in Lancieux and visit every year. This was our first stay in this house and we had a wonderful couple of weeks. This house has very spacious rooms and is very well equipped with everything that you may need. Jacques-Alain was on hand via WhatsApp whenever we needed and dealt with any issues we had in a very timely manner. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we hope to be able to stay here again for many years to come. Séjour exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison autour d'un cadre féerique : vue à 180° sur la mer, au rez de chaussée comme à l'étage ! Chambre parentale à couper le souffle avec la possibilité de s'endormir aux sons des vagues. Maison très spacieuse, très bien équipée avec un jardin bien pensé pour les retours de plage (caillebotis avec douche). La literie est très bonne et la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Petit plus : la possibilité de manger au delicio restaurant La Plage à 5 minutes à pied de la maison !
