's Lois - Comfortable apartment for 2 persons in the beautiful, quiet Kaunertal, WLAN

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. It has a large living / bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, armchair, etc. as well as a small kitchen with table, bench and chairs and a modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen with hot plates, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a window.
The apartment does not have a balcony, but you can sit on a bench on the wide platform of the front steps directly in front of your apartment door and enjoy the sun in the morning.
Free fast WiFi / WIFI. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Parking is in front of the house, in consultation you can use our garage if necessary.
Ski room with ski boot dryer.
Dog by arrangement. We charge a one-time fee of € 15 for a dog for the increased cleaning effort.
Non smoking.
Check-out at 10 a.m. Check-in from 4 p.m.
There are two other apartments in the house.
The QUELLALPIN, a modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, restaurant etc. is only 150m away. In winter (October to the end of May) our guests have exclusive FREE entry to the Quellalpin swimming pool & fitness, in summer our guests receive a 50% discount on the swimming pool. (The Quellalpin is from May 22, 20 to June 10, 20 wg .. Revision work closed)
Free ski bus to our beautiful, snow-sure glacier area (about 30 minutes to the slopes). Skiing is usually possible there until the end of May, the ski area is never overcrowded, there are no long lines at the lifts. To Serfaus / Fiss you need about 30 minutes by car.
The 25 km long cross-country ski run Kaunertal starts right in front of our house. The natural toboggan run is only a few meters away. Likewise, many hiking trails start right behind our house, which lead you to the highest peaks. The Kaunertal is an Eldorado for hikers who love solitude and an almost untouched mountain world far away from the trade fair tourism.
In the beautiful, quiet Feichten there is a well-stocked grocery store, two sports shops with ski rental, various restaurants and bars and an ATM. Everything is easy to reach on foot. In the basement of the house you will find a ski room for your equipment with a ski boot dryer.
For a dog (by arrangement) we charge € 20 per stay.
