Large, beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Saint Gonvel". 1 km from the centre of Argenton, 3.3 km from the centre of Porspoder, 6 km from the centre of Landunvez, in a quiet position, 200 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 2 ha, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden. (slide, swing). 200 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Verlen" 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, surf school 1.7 km, sailing school 1.7 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Porspoder 3 km, St Renan 17 km, Lannilis, Pays des Abers 22 km, Brest 28 km, Oceanopolis Brest 35 km, Pointe de St.Mathieu 30 km.

Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4), box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible.
